Terms and Conditions


Onward Travel arrangements

If the arrangements are made for the same day the tour ends,MoAfrika Tours cannot

be held responsible for any delays resulting in failure to meet those arrangements.


Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be in writing, via fax or mail. All Tours and Safaris have a 100% non refundable



All cancellations received in writing will receive the following refund:

42-31 days        = 60 % refund of payment already made excluding non refundable deposit

30-16 days:       = 40 % refund of payment already made excluding non refundable deposit

15-08 days:       = 30 % refund of payment already made excluding non refundable deposit

7 days or less: = 0 % refund of payment already made excluding non refundable deposit

No Show – 0% refund


Alteration to tours

The company reserves the right to change the itinerary, accommodation or mode of transport should

conditions necessitate such alteration. Transportation will be in an air-conditioned microbus or midi-coach 

according to the number of passengers booked on a tour. Any alternations made whilst on safari will be for the clients account.



Fares advertised include transportation, entrance, conservation fee, daytime game drives, night drives

listed, sightseeing, dinner, bed and breakfast. Clients visiting a private lodge will have game drives by open

safari vehicle or bush walks. The following services are excluded – lunches, drinks from the bar, telephone

calls, tips, laundry and other personal expenses.



All our guides carry cellular telephones and keep in touch with the office on a daily basis. MoAfrika Tours have a

reliable emergency back-up system in place. All vehicles are fitted with Cartrack tracking which allows us

to track and monitor all vehicles for your safety.



All our vehicles have operating licenses & public Liability. Drivers also have public driving permits.



Whilst MoAfrika Tours, their employees, and/or agents will take every care against such

contingencies, they cannot be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from any liability for any delay,

loss, damage, illness or injury to any person and/or his/her luggage or personal property or alleged inferior



Wild animals

Although attacks by wild animals are rare, guests are reminded that many of the animals and reptiles they

will see are potentially dangerous. MoAfrika Tours, their guides, contracted Tour

Operators, selected private lodges and national parks cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused

during an incident involving the behaviour of wild animals.



It is strongly recommended that passengers have adequate insurance against cancellation, loss of

baggage, personal accident and medical expenses.



MoAfrika Tours advise passengers to take precautions against malaria including insect repellent & protective clothing

particularly during the rainy season from October to May. Please bring sunglasses, casual clothes,

swimsuit, long trousers and jacket for night drives, comfortable shoes, torch and your camera.



South African immigration authorities require 2 empty pages for their entry & exit stamps plus any visas to

southern Africa.
